The Scottish Records Advisory Council is displaying this
privacy statement in order to demonstrate our formal commitment
to privacy. This statement applies to The Scottish Records
Advisory Councils website www.nas.gov.uk/srac. This
statement does not cover links within this site to other websites.
You may be asked for personal information if you want to
take advantage of specific services SRAC offers through the
website, such as subscription to our website updates or other
mailing services. We will only use the personal information
you provide to deliver the services that you have requested,
or for other related uses for which you have given your consent.
We will not pass your information to third parties without
your consent. It is entirely optional for you to participate
in these services. The information you provide will only be
used to support and improve your customer relationship.

If you wish to withdraw from any of the services which are
operated through our website you can instruct us at any time

SRAC Secretary, at the address below. We may levy a fee of
£10 for providing this information. On receipt of all
the information required to process the request, together
with the fee, SRAC will endeavour to supply the requested
information within 40 days, as the legislation prescribes.
