Garrisoned in a Rebellious Land

Not all Scots were supporters of the doomed Jacobite Cause. Some chose to join the British army and fight for King George. 

Meet one of King George's loyal Scots who is garrisoned at the newest and most up to date Fort in Britain. Hear about his daily routine from protecting the area from Jacobite attack as well as digging ditches and building the defences. 

The soldier will be stationed at the Fort from 12pm-4pm on each of the days. Drop by and say hello at your convenience.
