About the Scottish Parliament

We value complaints as they help us to improve what we do.

What do you want to complain about?

Not all complaints about the Scottish Parliament follow the same procedures.

The Scottish Parliament’s complaint procedures don’t cover complaints about other organisations such as councils, the NHS or the police. They have separate procedures.

We are currently unable to respond to complaints received by letter.  If you want to make a complaint, please use our online form or email. This will ensure that you receive a response to your complaint as soon as possible.
